We do not support fire sale or lack of engagement
Thank you to all the members of our community who have stood up against Council's proposed community land sell-off.
Many of us have commitments or other circumstances that prevent us from being as engaged as we would like to be.
But we read this newspaper, and we take heart.
Know that we do not take you for granted. We cherish you.
To the Central Coast Council and its Administrator and to the Minister for Local Government, know this: For every person who has written a letter or been to a community action, or called their political representatives, there are many, many more of us who support their actions.
We do not support this fire sale of valued community assets, and we resent that we have not been engaged on this matter.
