Flats proposal still in pre-lodgement review
A development application for a block of six flats in Woy Woy costing close to $3 million is still in pre-lodgement review stage, according to Central Coast Council's planning portal.
The application was lodged on May 11, with a "pre-lodgement review" showing as starting on May 25, after additional information was provided following an initial pre-lodgement review which ended on May 18.
The flats would be built at 75 Brick Wharf Rd, Woy Woy.
