Tea Cosy Expo with Devonshire Teas

The Woy Woy Peninsula Lions Club will hold its annual Tea Cosy Expo with Devonshire Teas on the long weekend in June.

The event will be held at the Umina Beach Surf Club on Saturday, June 12, from 1pm to 5pm, on Sunday, June 13, from 9am to 5pm and on Monday, June 14, from 9am to 4pm.

Entry will be by gold coin donation per person.

There will be raffle prizes, a bric-a-brac table and lift access to first floor exhibits.

Tea cosies and tea pots will be on display and for sale.

Devonshire Teas will be served on the balcony overlooking the beach.

"This Expo is our major fund raiser for the year and all monies collected will be disbursed back into the local community," said club treasurer Mr Greg Head.

Entries close for general and special sections today, Monday, May 31.

Contact Hope on 02 4369 8707 for more details.

Last year's event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
