Craft day held on long weekend

The Umina Beach branch of the Country Women's Association held its January Saturday craft activity on the Australia Day long weekend, Saturday, January 27.

Attendees constructed Christmas baubles, pinning folded fabric squares on a foam ball.

Sequins, ribbons and beads added the final touch.

Christmas cake with tea and coffee rounded off a most enjoyable social morning, said publicity officer Ms Margy Logan.
