Association asks for member help with email issues
Pearl Beach Progress Association is asking members to take action following issues it has experienced with email.
The association has had trouble sending emails to Bigpond email addresses.
It is asking members who use Bigpond to contact Telstra, "as the more complaints they get the quicker this will get resolved".
The association said it had issues with Bigpond rejecting emails that were sent as part of a group, that were forwarded to from another email system and that were sent directly unless as a reply.
"This is not just from the association email system but is also same for the Arboretum, which
uses a different system."
