Charged with stolen motor vehicle offences
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with more than 20 offences relating to stolen motor vehicles after being arrested at Umina on Wednesday, May 14.
The arrest follows investigations into a number of aggravated break and enter offences where motor vehicles were stolen, including in Woy Woy and Pearl Beach.
A number of the stolen vehicles were recovered by police in the Umina area.
He was charged with a number of serious property offences.
His mobile phone was seized, following which police identified his involvement in a further 21 aggravated break, enter and steal and stolen motor vehicle offences.
He was taken to Gosford Police Station where he was charged with offences including aggravated break, enter and steal, steal motor vehicle, licence never held and negligent driving.
