Chosen for combined zone soccer trials

Seven Peninsula students have been chosen to represent the Southern Central Coast in combined zone soccer trials to be held on Friday, June 20.

The Southern Central Coast Primary School Sports Association held its Zone Soccer Trials at Woy Woy campus of Brisbane Water Secondary College on Wednesday, May 28.

for hosting us.

"All students showed excellent skills, manners and the quality of the players was to be commended," said football convenor Mr Andy Podmore.

Two Peninsula girls made the team: Anika Graham from Woy Woy and Jesse Taylor from Umina.

Five boys made the team: Aiden Beer, Harry Buckingham and Lincoln Colins from Woy Woy South, and Teddy Poulter and Beau McLaughlin from Umina.

A venue is yet to be finalised for the combined zone trials.
