Ettalong morning tea was a huge success

Ettalong's Stars of the Central Coast entrant, Ms Kim Cole, has described her Cancer Council Morning Tea fundraiser at Ettalong Diggers Club as a huge success.

She said the event was sold out with 220 people buying tickets.

"It's fantastic to see the community come together to support such a vital cause," she said.

"The event will make a significant impact in raising funds for research and support services for those affected by cancer.

"Every dollar counts, and helps bring us closer to a cancer-free future.

"The statistics are staggering, with over 53,000 people in NSW diagnosed with cancer every year.

"Events like this offer hope and reassurance that we're working together to create a better future."
