Minor pairs final played on a 'perfect afternoon'
The Umina Beach Men's Bowling Club 2025 Minor Pairs semi-finals were played on a "perfect afternoon" on Saturday, June 31.
"The sun was out and the green was running very nicely," said club secretary Mr Peter Springett.
"We promised two great games and that was exactly what we got.
Norm Lang and Brian Butterworth (the Ol' boys) defeated Kody Rickit and Dan Doherty (the young dudes).
Ray Laboyrie and Peter Pitchford defeated Joel Austin and Brandan Fraser.
"So it will be a Norm Lang and Brian Butterworth playing Ray Laboyrie and Peter Pitchford in the final, starting at 12:30pm on Sunday, June 15.
