To be advertised
A proposal to demolish an existing dwelling in Hood St, Ettalong, and replace it with a dual occupancy is expected to be advertised on June 18, according to Central Coast Council's planning portal.
The cost of the work at 20 Hood St is estimated to be $400,000.
The comment period will close on July 9.
