Just 21mm so far in 'wettest' month

Only 21.3mm of rainfall has been recorded on the Peninsula so far this month.

This 13 per cent of the June average rainfall of 162mm, according to figures supplied by Mr Jim Morrison of Umina.

June is normally the wettest month of the year, with the next wettest months being February (160mm) and March (156mm).

The average fall per month across the year is 106mm.
