Health and well-being session held at Umina library
In-home aged care provider Bolton Clarke will present a free health and wellbeing session at Umina library at 10am on Thursday, July 24.
The session is part of Bolton Clarke's Be Healthy and Active program, which aims to provide practical advice and strategies to get the most out of life.
Each one-hour session focuses on a different topic and is free of charge.
The session on July 24 will be about Managing Sleep and Fatigue.
"Sleep is as vital for life as food or water, and not getting enough sleep can severely affect day-to-day function and lead to fatigue."
The session will describe the signs and causes of fatigue as well as how sleep changes with age.
