Market donates $1000 to Mary Macs
Mary Mac's Place has received a donation of $1000 from the farmers' market in Gosford.
The money was raised in an Easter raffle held at the market over three weeks.
"The cheque will go towards the wonderful work they do for homeless people and struggling families in the local Woy Woy community," said Gosford City Markets operations manager Ms Ylenna Zajec.
Market owners Ms Jodie Lee and Mr Kevin Eade said the prize valued at close to $700 included a big fluffy rabbit, toys and chocolates, as well as gift vouchers and products contributed by stallholders.
